If you feel a part is defective, it needs to be shipped to Driftmotion to be inspected before any exchange or return can be made. Parts misused or abused will not be replaced as defective. Special order items are non-refundable. No returns on used parts. Engines and engine clips sold as is, no refunds. Customer must pay return shipping unless it was a mistake on Driftmotion's part.
