We have personally used it with Windows XP and Vista on the Stinger ECU, 6860 and 8860 ECU, Zeitronix wideband, Greddy E-Manage, etc... Has a 9 pin male d-sub connector to a USB "A" connector, on a 6 foot long cable. Includes software drivers on a mini cd-rom.
