1JZ Lightweight 11.5lb Flywheel for R154. This is the first (and the best) lightweight aluminum 1jz flywheel on the market in the US! The quality of these is second to none, yet the price is very reasonable for such a high quality piece. You can expect the engine to rev faster, and less rotating mass will allow the car to accellerate faster. The slotted friction surface is a patented feature, along with the locking ring included to keep from ever having flywheel bolts come loose and back out. The friction surface and steel starter ring are hardened. The aluminum used for this flywheel is FORGED, which increases strength and straightness. We highly recommend purchasing the Action stage 3 or Stage 4 clutch kit we sell to go with this flywheel, along with the lightweight 3" one piece aluminum driveshaft. This flywheel is used for an R154 transmission on a 1JZ or 2JZ engine, and is used with a 1JZ-GTE or 7M-GTE type clutch kit.
